Auto-renewal ensures that your hosting services and domain names stay active without interruption. When auto-renewal is enabled, your services will automatically renew using a saved payment method before their expiration date.
Step 1 – Add a Payment Method
First, add a payment method to your account. You can do this by visiting the payment methods page in your client area.
You can add a credit card or other supported payment method here. If you have already completed a payment using a supported method, it may already be saved to your account automatically.
Step 2 – Automatic Renewal Activation
Once a payment method has been added to your account, eligible services will automatically renew using that saved payment method. No additional setup is required.
Before the renewal date, the system will automatically attempt to charge your saved payment method so your service continues without interruption.
When Charges Occur
Automatic renewal charges are attempted before the service expiration date:
- 15 days in advance for domain names
- 15 days in advance for yearly hosting plans or longer billing cycles
- 1 day in advance for monthly plans
Important Note
Please make sure there are sufficient funds available on your saved payment method around the renewal date. If the charge cannot be processed, the service may not renew automatically and could eventually expire.
