Affecting Other - System
We became aware of the PHP security announcement yesterday and immediately began reviewing the potential risks and implementing appropriate mitigations. Since the full disclosure today, we have been closely monitoring further advisories, following the recommended security advisory and applying patches and additional protections as they become available.
As a precaution, some clients may have temporarily noticed restrictions when uploading files. These measures were introduced to reduce potential exposure while we assessed the situation and strengthened protections across our hosting environment. We understand that these restrictions can be inconvenient, but our priority has been to take a proactive approach to security while the situation develops.
We want to reassure you that substantial work has already been completed behind the scenes. All modern in house PHP versions have been updated and we are continuing to address the remaining affected versions. We are currently awaiting the necessary patches for older hardened PHP versions provided through CloudLinux. Until those updates are available and can be safely implemented, our existing mitigations will remain in place as an additional layer of protection.
We do not want the absence of frequent announcements to give the impression that nothing is being done. Our full attention has been focused on securing our hosting platform, assessing potential exposure, implementing recommended mitigations and deploying patches as soon as they become available. This work is ongoing and we will continue taking the necessary steps to protect our infrastructure and the websites hosted on our platform.
No action is required on your part at this time. We are managing the necessary server level security measures and will continue monitoring developments closely.
Once the remaining patches have been released and implemented and we have determined that the additional mitigations are no longer necessary, we will send a more comprehensive email update to our clients outlining the situation and the steps taken in full.
The security and reliability of our hosting platform remain among our highest priorities. We take these developments seriously and appreciate your patience as we continue working to ensure our hosting environment remains secure.
Thank you for your continued trust in us.

Update: This has completed and the reboot finished in just 4 minutes. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize security on our hosting environment.
To address a newly disclosed CloudLinux kernel security vulnerability, we will be performing a brief server reboot on DA2 to apply the required kernel update.
This update is mandatory as a KernelCare live patch is not yet available for this server's CloudLinux version. A brief interruption of up to 10 minutes is expected while the server reboots and services come back online.

Service Update
We are aware of the ongoing issues affecting services on our S1 network.
We've been experiencing a lot of issues with this node as of late which you may have noticed by the intermittent slowdowns. We have been working to stabilize the server while fully working to resolve the underlying cause. We are continuing to work with our infrastructure provider as well as software provider's while taking additional steps on our end to restore stability.
As part of this process, we will be performing further maintenance shortly to fully resolve this. During this time, services on the S1 network may remain unavailable while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and understand how frustrating this has been. Once we have completed the current maintenance and have confirmed the next steps, we will provide a more detailed update on what occurred and our plan moving forward, including measures to help prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to fully resolve this issue.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting services on our S1 network, including some websites, email services, and our client area.
Our current priority is stabilizing the server environment before performing any additional maintenance. Once stability has been restored, we will work toward a full resolution.
We understand how disruptive this is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide another update as soon as we have meaningful progress to share.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We're reaching out to let you know about scheduled maintenance on the server hosting your website.
Maintenance Window
Thursday, June 18, 2026
Start Time: 1:00 AM (New York Time / EDT)
Expected Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes
You can verify the exact time in your local time zone here: https://time.is/compare/0100_18_June_2026_in_New_YorkOver the past few weeks, some customers on this server may have experienced brief 1-5 minute periods of website inaccessibility, as well as an issue that incorrectly suspended a small number of accounts. While we've already implemented changes that have significantly improved stability and resolved the suspension issue, we know that any disruption is frustrating and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve reliability, we will be upgrading the server to CloudLinux 9 during this maintenance window. This upgrade is expected to further improve stability and help prevent the issues we've been seeing on this server.
Please note that websites, email services, and control panel access will be unavailable during the maintenance window while the operating system upgrade is being performed. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will automatically return online.
We understand that your website is important to your business and we appreciate your patience while we complete these improvements. Our goal is to provide the most reliable hosting experience possible and we're committed to continuing to invest in the stability of our platform.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
